LARGE HOUSE RENOVATION WITH EXTENSIONS, LOFT CONVERSION GARAGE AND POOL, BRIGHTON

This major project evolved over a number of years. Working closely with the client we advised on the best approach to gain the necessary planning consents and developed the design to the clients retirements. We undertook all technical building drawings and detail design and modeled some areas in where necessary. We tendered for the client to find builders and administrated the building contract.
Very much a team effort throughout, the design developed with the clients clear brief and creative input and during the build the excellent technical and product knowledge of the builder, helped create a beautiful home mixing traditional and contemporary elements.
BUNGALOW RENOVATION WITH LOFT CONVERSION AND THREE STOREY EXTENSION, BRIGHTON
Contract value approx £130k
A standard detached 1950's brick bungalow with a great view and dropping down to the rear garden allowed a lot of scope in the design. We designed a contemporary extension at the rear with chestnut cladding and projecting window seat.
Converting a the loft area allowed the bedrooms to move upstairs and create a huge living space on the ground floor. In addition we created a lower ground floor music room with sound reducing lining and patio doors onto the garden.
