We were granted full planning permission today for the eco-semis in Patcham, Design energy consumption 19% better than Part L requirements, Glazing orientation and areas compliant with AECB design guidelines, Sustainable energy solar PV, Air source heat pump with UF heating. Design in timber reflects eco-credentials and softens impact, with brick herringbone detail panels developed from details on surrounding houses. The roof form is developed to provide maximum solar gain to both houses.
