Middleton, Bognor: A Stunning Beachfront Home

A Dream Home by the Sea

I’m excited to share the details of a remarkable project we recently completed in Middleton, Bognor. This stunning beachfront house features five spacious bedrooms, inviting roof terraces, a luxurious sauna, and a refreshing pool. The design also includes a central fire area, an outdoor kitchen, and a sunken wine cellar. It’s truly a dream home for anyone who loves coastal living.

Thoughtful Design Choices

The style of this home was developed with the clients' tastes in mind. We used beautiful stone cladding paired with a slate roof to create a harmonious look. The low roof elements, combined with the stone and curved corners, contribute to the building's unique character. The staggered massing and interlacing landscaping elements help ground the structure, giving it a sense of permanence and connection to its surroundings.

Sustainable Features

Sustainability was a key focus in this project. We incorporated an MVHR (Mechanical Ventilation with Heat Recovery) system and a heat pump heating system. These features ensure energy efficiency and comfort throughout the year. Additionally, we exceeded insulation regulations to provide superior thermal performance. The increased thermal mass helps regulate indoor temperatures, making the home both eco-friendly and comfortable.

Outdoor Living Spaces

One of the highlights of this home is its outdoor living spaces. The roof terraces offer stunning views of the beach, making them perfect for relaxation or entertaining guests. The outdoor kitchen is ideal for summer barbecues, while the central fire area creates a cozy atmosphere for evening gatherings.

A Home for Every Season

This house is designed for year-round enjoyment. In the summer, the pool and outdoor kitchen provide a perfect retreat from the heat. In the cooler months, the sauna and central fire area offer warmth and relaxation. The thoughtful design ensures that every space is functional and inviting, regardless of the season.

Conclusion

In conclusion, the Middleton, Bognor house is a testament to modern design and sustainable living. It beautifully combines luxury with practicality, making it an ideal home for families or individuals seeking a coastal lifestyle. I hope this project inspires you as much as it has inspired me. If you're considering a similar project, I would love to help you create your dream home.
